The quiet Alte Zollhaus is surrounded by fields and meadows right on the Flensburg Fjord with dreamlike views of the "Danish Sea". We thoroughly renovated it in 2017/2018 and divided it into two cheery and exclusive apartments that can be used alone or together.
The ground floor apartment "Gendarmenstube" has a garden and two large terraces with space for up to 4 people.
You'll be inspired by the exclusive furnishings right when you enter. The perfectly equipped kitchen is connected to the living area. The charming living room offers a great view of the Flensburg Fjord with its floor-to-ceiling windows and the large terrace. The cosy couch is perfect for chilling and relaxing.
You can enjoy your holiday in peace on both large terraces at any time of day. The front terrace leads to your private garden.
The bedroom is spacious and has a 180 x 200 cm double bd.
The modern bathroom has a daylight window, a walk-in shower and a built in radio.
For a relaxing holiday there are many insect screens in the house.
On cooler days, the wood stove and the infrared cabin provide for a cosy evening!
The Alte Zollhaus Neukirchen was renovated according to ecological principles. All rooms have a comfortable and healthy living climate with loam and lime plaster and some wall and either wall or underfloor heating. You can rent the entire house for up to 10 people. Just book the Schmugglerkoje apartment in addition and we will connect them for you into one unit.

The Alte Zollhaus Neukirchen is located right on the Flensburg Fjord in the immediate vicinity of the natural beach with a beautiful view of the "Danish South Sea". The apartment is located right on the Baltic Sea cycling trail. The lovely cities of Kappeln, Maasholm, Flensburg, Schleswig and Eckernförde offer many attractions and often there are city and port festivals. Denmark is within a stone's throw on the other side of the fjord. There are many cycling paths nearby.
A7 to Flensburg, in Flensburg take the B199 toward Kappeln to the Neukirchen exit, turn left and follow the signs to Neukirchen, in Neukirchen before the cul-de-sac turn left towards Westerholz, the house is in the next neighbourhood behind the entrance to the church on the right-hand side of the street (before the thatched roof, sign on the house).

They are right on the Baltic Sea hiking trail in a lovely quiet location with fantastic views from both apartments.
