Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (exc.cleaning):
Termination
- up to 60 days before arrival: possible cancellation
- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 28 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
- - No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4)The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

The house is located in the small village Zavojane near Vrgorac and Makarska town, behind the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park. The nearest center with everything you need for a pleasant vacation is Vrgorac, 8 km away. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Nearby is the entrance to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, with a new attraction - SKYWALK - a viewpoint from which you can see the whole coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands. There is also a restaurant with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for a peaceful vacation.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this super modern well equipped villa. The 4 bedrooms all have modern ensuite bathrooms and the whole house has great easy to use AC. We were greeted with platters of local Dalmation cheese, ham and fruit and a fridge full of drinks. The outdoor covered area is a lovely place for meals and has a great bluetooth speaker for poolside tunes - my kids loved it. The perfect place to hide away from the Makarska Riviera crowds by the pool and BBQ but close enough to the beaches when you want them. Hire Car needed.

Vermieter sehr nett, Haus wirklich schön und sauber. Viele Beschäftigsmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel Billiard etc.
Ohne Auto ist es allerdings etwas schwierig, Strand in Makarska ist ca. 30min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 10min Entfernung.
Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!
