Cancellation policy
If our guests wish to cancel the booking we will apply the following cancellation policy:
• 30% of the total price of booking up to 45 days before the departure;
• 60% of the total price of booking from 44 to 30 days before the departure;
• 80% of the total price of booking from 29 to 15 days before the departure;
• After this deadline, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the holiday rental

Holiday destination
From here, you can reach some of the most famous villages in the area, from Tolentino to San Ginesio, as well as the famous Monti Sibillini National Park with the beautiful Fiastra Lake. Urbisaglia and its Roman site as well as the Fiastra Abbey are just 15km away. In about 40 minutes you can reach also the town of Fermo and the coastline, while for all shopping lovers, the high fashion outlets in Civitanova Marche are a real must!
Getting there
Take the motorway A14, exit Civitanova Marche. Follow the directions to Macerata and drive along SS77 for about 28 km. Take the exit Macerata Ovest and follow the directions to Abbadia di Fiastra. Drive along SP78 for about 20 km and then turn left after the traffic light, following the direction to Sant'Angelo in Pontano (SP45).
Once in Sant'Angelo in Pontano, turn left and take Via della Collegiata. Go straight and drive along Contrada Salti for about 2 km. You will find Il Sole e Selene on your right.
