The well-maintained 3-room apartment features two separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. It's ideal for four people. In the garden, you can enjoy sitting outside in a lovely setting.
The friendly owner family is on-site to assist you. They also enjoy treating guests to typical local specialties: twice a week, you have the opportunity to participate in a communal dinner on the large terrace. The owners also speak German, English, and French.
The Il Gattero estate includes a large olive grove with about 850 olive trees. The olive oil is organic and can also be purchased on site. Also part of the estate is an approximately 8-hectare lake, where fishing is also permitted.
The owner also has a beautiful wine cellar with various wines selected and recommended by him. Guests can help themselves and pay for the bottles consumed at the end of their holiday.

The grounds also include a soccer field and a bocce court.
The estate is surrounded by extensive fields and meadows. Here you will find wonderful peace and relaxation and have numerous excursion opportunities, for example, to Pisa and San Gimignano.
It is approximately 3.5 km from the small village of Fabbrica to the estate.
In July/August, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. During other months, flexible arrival and departure are gladly accommodated.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide individual advice on this!
