In 2020, this old stone house was newly renovated and is being rented out to guests for the first time. It is a typical Istrian stone house with a pool, children's playground, and a barbecue area for exclusive use. The property is fenced and pets are warmly welcomed. On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor of the house, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and an adjoining bathroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, a play and barbecue area, and parking are available.

The house is located in Malisi, a quiet residential area near Visnjan. The nearest larger town is Visnjan, which is 10km away from the house. You will find restaurants and a shopping facility in Visnjan.
The nearest larger city is Porec, about 20km away. Around Porec, there are many beautiful beach sections and offerings. Here you can shop, savor the good gastronomy of Istria, or further your cultural education.
From Salzburg, take the route to Villach, through the Karawanken Tunnel to Ljubljana, then towards Koper and the Croatian border at Kastel. Continue in the direction of Umag-Pula and take the exit for Visnjan-Porec sjever. At the exit, turn left towards Visnjan. Drive straight through Visnjan, and after about 1.5km, you'll reach the turnoff for Baderna; turn right there. After approximately 2km, you'll come to the turnoff for Rapavel/Anzici; turn left there into the village. We wish you a safe journey!
