Haus Frohsinn was built in 1928 as a small guesthouse and has been available to guests from near and far as an individual holiday home since 2015. It has been renovated with love and passion, combining vintage style and modern design elements. 6 adults can be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms. An extra bed is available for the 7th person, for 2 small children one cot each. An open plan living area with a very well equipped kitchen with dining area in the bay window is the heart of the house.

The Feldberg area is a unique scenery for a short weekend trip or an extended holiday, for sports, outdoor activities, wellness, leisure, and other enjoyments. You find pure nature, amazing hiking trails and Mountainbike tracks of all levels right on the doorstep. Feldberg summit and Titisee are within immediate reach. Day trips to Freiburg, Kaiserstuhl or Europapark make your stay perfect.

4.1 A cancellation can only be made in text form and becomes effective only upon receipt by KGA.
4.2 If a booking is cancelled, the following fees will be charged. However, you are at liberty to prove that the damage we have incurred as a result is less or not at all.
a) from the day of booking and up to 31 days before the beginning of the rental period 30% of the total rental amount
b) from 30 days before the beginning of the rental period 80% from 7 days to 100% of the total rental amount. If KGA does not receive a cancellation in text form, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, even if the rented holiday home is not occupied. However, you are at liberty to prove that the damage we have incurred as a result is less or not at all.
4.3 If the holiday home is rented elsewhere and at full price, the fees mentioned under point 4.2.b) can be reduced to an amount of EURO 50.00. If the holiday home cannot be rented out or if the holiday home is not rented out for the full price, the fees mentioned under point 4.2 are valid.
4.4 The days mentioned under points 4.2 and 4.3 shall be separated on the previous midnight.
4.5 If the Hirer can use another Hirer in his place during the same period and at the same price, KGA accepts a change of name for a fee of EURO 50.00. KGA must be notified of this in writing.
4.6 KGA accepts, as far as possible, a rebooking of the original rental contract up to the 38th day before the beginning of the rental period for a fee of EURO 50.00. Any rebooking of the original rental contract from and with the 38th day before the beginning of the rental period and subsequently is regarded as cancellation (in accordance with the aforementioned conditions) with subsequent new booking.
The tourist tax is not yet included in the price and will be calculated according to your specifications.
For a stay up to 5 nights we charge a short term supplement.
