Cancellation policy
The fees to be charged in case of cancellation of the booked stay are listed below:
If cancelled within 61 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations for any reason between 60 days and 15 days prior to arrival: The customer will receive a voucher for the amount paid up to that point, which can be used until 31.12.2022.
For cancellations within the last 14 days, a 100% fee will be charged.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned cancellation clauses, if the customer cannot reach the booked property due to government restrictions, or if the customer is subject to quarantine measures before the start of the stay, and can provide the appropriate documentation, the fees can be converted into a voucher for an amount equivalent to the amount paid up to that point.

Holiday destination
The house is located near the provincial road that leads from Cecina to Casale Marittimo. It's a great starting point for the sea, historical towns such as Bolgheri, Baratti, Populonia. The beach at Cecina Mare is about 7km away. Here you will find a well-equipped dog beach. The beautiful pine forest at Cecina Mare is perfect for running, cycling, or simply enjoying the forest, sun, and sea. Volterra and San Gimignano are easily accessible by car.
Getting there
From the motorway exit at Rosignano Marittimo (end of the motorway), take the expressway towards Grosseto Rome. Exit at Cecina Centro, towards Casale Marittimo. Halfway down the road at Località La Casetta, turn right and you have reached your destination.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut geeignet für Familien mit Hund. Es ist so gut wie an alles gedacht, sowohl als Ausstattung für den Hund (eingezäunter Garten, Hundeliege, Näpfe) , als auch alle notwendigen Utensilien in der Küche etc. Toller Service von Frau Münkel und auch vor allem von dem Besitzer Alessandro. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Willkommensgeschenk. Alessandro war bei allen Anfragen oder Bitten sofort vor Ort und hat geholfen.
Ein toller und entspannter Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus. Besonders der nahgelegene Ort Casale Marittimo hat es uns angetan. Wunderschöne alte Gassen und sehr gutes Essen in den dortigen Lokalen. Auch die berühmte Zypressenallee von Bolgheri ist ganz in der Nähe, sowie auch der schöne Strand.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Es war top sauber und gepflegt - sowohl innen als auch die Außenanlage. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - endlich auch mal mit großem Kochgeschirr, wie es sich gehören sollte, wenn ein Haus an 6 Personen vermietet wird.
Als es eine kleine technische Störung beim Pool gab, war innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein Techniker da und hat sich gekümmert. Wir sind echt begeistert und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Danke an Alessandro und sein Team sowie an Frau Münkel - unkomplizierte Buchung und jederzeit eine schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen.
