If guests wish to cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. The villa is located in a small charming village of Karnevali, in the middle of the Istrian peninsula. The nearest town is Žminj, only 4 km away. There you will find two shops, two very good restaurants, ATMs, a petrol station and a pharmacy. Žminj is also a beautiful city to visit. An old castle, quarries and small narrow streets between old houses. You can reach all interesting places in Istria in just 30 minutes by car.
