The vacation house Apart Anneliese is located silently but centrally. You can reach the centre within a 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.
The next public bus stop is 250 m away from the house. Only 200 m to a fee ski bus. The vacation house is situated between two wonderful and fantastic skiing areas. The first ski area is the skiing region Spieljoch, reachable in only 5-7 minutes by car or bus.
The second skiing region is skiing area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal, reachable within appr. 10 minutes by car or bus (free of charge).
The water park Zillertal (with e.g. open air pool, indoor pool, sauna, solarium) is 380 m away.
Getting there
Please take the Zillertal highway B 169 to Fuegen. As soon as you see the "Binder Holzwerk" please leave the highway using the exit "Spieljochbahn".
Having reached the roundabout after approximately 30 m please choose direction "Spieljochbahn".
After appr. 40 m there is a second roundabout. Please take the third exit. Afterwards please use the old street (Therme Zillertal).
After appr. 500 m you will see a little bridge, followed by a fork where you should turn right (at the hotel Held).
Please drive past the hotel and approximately 500 m later you will see an apartment building with a large parking lot.

Der Empfang vom Telefonat kurz vor der Ankunft bis zum Eintreffen vom Feinsten !
Der Wolfgang ist ein herzlicher gastfreundlicher hilfsbereiter Typ , mit dem hätte ich gern auch
ein Bier getrunken.
Wir hatten die Wohnung im 2.OG als Paar , mit erwachsenem Sohn , der Tochter mit Mann und 2 kleinen
Kindern . Eine Mikrowelle , wäre schön gewesen aber wir nutzten die im Gemeinschaftsraum eine Etage tiefer , aber wenn man Wolfgang anspricht macht er eigtlich alles möglich .
Was ich mir evtl.gewünscht hätte wäre ein Radio / TV in den drei Schlaf -/ Wohnräumen .
Es gab einen TV in der großzügig eingerichteten Küche .
Aber dies ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau !
Was auch toll ist , die Trennung von Toilette und Dusche bei der möglichen Anzahl von Gästen
in der Wohnung .

Wir reisten als Gruppe von 14 Erwachsenen und 10 Kindern und verbrachten 1 Skiurlaubswoche bei Wolfgang Tschabrun im Ferienhaus. Wir konnten uns problemlos in den Zimmern aufteilen, da wir im Vorfeld schon mit dem super netten Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen haben und die gewünschte Zimmeraufteilung mitgeteilt haben. In dem großen Aufenthaltsraum mit intergrierter Küche hatten wir bequem alle Platz zum Kochen, Essen und Spielen gehabt. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste, fragt ob die Zimmer warm genug sind, organisiert Brötchen und hilft, wenn es an irgendetwas fehlt. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub, sagen Daaaanke Wofgang und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.
