Nestled in the dune landscape, the Dune Villa in the newly developed park De Groote Duynen is located directly on the water and, thanks to its south-facing position, is a dreamy and sunny place of tranquility and relaxation in harmony with nature.
The spacious and elegantly furnished living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is a light-flooded space that connects optimally with the south-facing garden terrace through large patio doors. In addition to the dining table, there is a stylish and cozy seating area with a large flat-screen TV, internet radio with Bluetooth/USB, and a cozy gas fireplace.
The large windows of the kitchen and living area are equipped with external screen sun protection.
The Dune Villa has two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds and one bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and double vanity. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
The kitchen with a cooking island is generous and equipped with the latest appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
From the sunny terrace with a large dining table, you have a fantastic view of the water and the polder landscape. The garden is embedded in a gently rising dune landscape with marram grass and dune shrubs.
Thanks to the windbreak, you can find a cozy spot on the terrace even on windy days. A particularly dreamy place for a sundowner is located in the lounge area on the wooden jetty right by the water!
In the Dune Villa, there is a storage room with a washing machine and an infrared sauna, which invites you to warm up and relax after an extended beach walk or a sporty bike ride. There are two parking spaces directly at the house.
