Due to the position of the property, the villa is organized on three different levels, all connected with internal and external staircases.

*The lowest level outdoor offers a private swimming pool 11m x 3m with a massage, an outdoor shower, a sun deck area with 10 sun deck chairs offering absolute privacy, a dining table with 6 chairs, and 4 sun umbrellas. A few steps up take you to a kid's corner with some toys, a fun zone with a TV, table tennis, and darts. There is also a Bedroom No1 with a King size bed 180x200cm with opened sea and pool views, A/C, TV and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a Bedroom No2 with a King size bed 180x200cm with opened sea and pool views, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower.
*An internal staircase takes you to the middle level where you have an airconditioned, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room with TV, PS4 for your youngers. There are also a separate toilet and a washing machine. A glass wall in the living room on the South and East side offers impressive sea views and a direct approach to the outdoor dining area. Next to it is an outdoor Whirlpool and another indoor dining area for 12 people with an electric barbecue and where you have local wine offered (not included).
*One level above the living area takes you to an airconditioned gym where you have an exercise bike, Orbitrack, some weights, and a Finnish sauna. Next to it is a Bedroom No3 with a King size bed 180x200cm with sea views, a balcony, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom No4 with King size bed 180x200cm with sea views, a balcony, A/C, TV, and walk-in bathroom with shower connected to the bedroom (transparent).
There are 4 parking places secured at the private property and a car is recommended.
Contemporary and very spacious Villa MIA is equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay. It s fully airconditioned with free WiFi. Settled on the slopes of a small hill in Lokva Rogoznica with open and amazing sea views, only a few minutes drive from Artina beach, the most beautiful beach in this area, 7km far from small, Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river with many activities and restaurants, and also 40 min drive far from town Split with an amazing history. Only 200m far from the villa is a local tavern where you can order a traditional dish or try a local craft beer in the typical dalmatian atmosphere. All this makes Villa Mia a perfect base for family or friend vacation.

There is a possibility for a boat trip to island Brač that can be organized by the owner. You can also try rafting on the river Cetina (not too rough) or amazing Zip-line over the canyon of the river Cetina, or you can walk in the old part of the place Lokva Rogoznica in the mountain and enjoy in amazing view all the time while walking. The whole area offers a lot of possibilities to make your holidays more interesting.
Come and enjoy all offered in this unspoiled area of Lokva Rogoznica. The small, Mediterranean town Omis is nearby, only 7km far. In Omiš you can also enjoy beautiful sandy and pebbled beaches and some other entertainment,. You can visit the famous town of Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and the Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO. It takes you approximately 40 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or Baška Voda, both very famous summer destinations on the seaside.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.
On period between 15th June and 14th September, Saturday is required changeover day
