An exclusive complex full of tranquility and comfort. Residence Juliana is located right by the dunes and the Zandloper beach entrance. The balcony of our Apartment No. 37 offers you a view of the dunes and the beach entrance. It's about a 400 m walk to get there. Within our residence area, there are four semi-circular buildings. The entire complex exudes calmness and is well-maintained. The 4 buildings are separated by water (ditches), so that each building represents its own living unit. On the water, beautifully visible, swans, ducks, and other water animals can be seen frolicking, which can be viewed from the window of your Apartment No. 37 all around. You'll want to enjoy the sight, but please do not feed them.

In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- for cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
