When booking a holiday home (such as a holiday bungalow, mobile home, apartment, etc.): - For a cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee; - For a cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee; - For a cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the rental fee; - For a cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full rental fee. The cancellation costs will not exceed the travel sum.

The holiday home is located on the edge of the seaside resort De Koog in a quiet area behind the owner's house. It is just a stone's throw from the lively center of De Koog, about 500 meters from the beach, and about 1000 meters from the subtropical swimming paradise. The 'de Texelse' golf course and children's play paradise are about a 10-minute drive away.
