In winter, you have two ski areas to choose from. Within two minutes’ drive, you are at the 'Panoramabahn' in Hollersbach. This lift connects you to the ski area the Kitzbüheler Alpen where you can enjoy beautiful descents. In just five minutes, you can reach the Wildkogel Arena, a snow-sure and family-friendly ski area. And what about a ride on Europe's longest toboggan run? The 14km long toboggan run of Bramberg is absolutely worth it. How about a race? Once your day is over, hang your equipment to dry in the ski storage and warm up again at the cozs (electric) heaters.
In summer, lounge on the spacious terrace with an unobstructed view over the meadow and the peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Also highly recommended is a visit to the Krimmler waterfalls, about 20 minutes away by car, or you could rent a bike and ride part of the Hohe Taurnradweg. If you have children, try visiting one of the swimming lakes in the neighbourhood, where water fun is guaranteed. Sports enthusiasts can take intensive hikes or mountain bike tours through the beautiful nature park. During your stay, you can also use the included Nationalpark Sommercard, with which you can participate in all kinds of fun activities free of charge or at a discount.
