Cancellation policy
You can cancel the booking at any time. This cancellation must be declared to us in writing. Decisive for the cancellation period is the receipt of cancellation notice.
If you do cancel a booking, the landlord may demand compensation from you for the travel arrangements made and any expenses.
When booking holiday homes, the following cancellation fees apply as a percentage of the trip price:
Up to 45 days before arrival = 20%
Up to 30 days before arrival = 25%
Up to 22 days before arrival = 50%
Up to / on the day of arrival = 80%
After that = 100%

Haselünne offers a variety of leisure activities: trips on the historic steam train, covered wagon rides, the "Wacholderabitur", visit to the Rosche grain academy, tour of the Berentzen and Heydt distilleries, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, etc.
Holiday destination
The house is located in the old grain and Hanseatic town of Haselünne in the recreation area on the 20 hectare Lake Haselünner. The city centre and leisure facilities can be reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. An idyllic landscape with lots of water, meadows and forests spreads around Haselünne - a paradise for cyclists, hikers and canoeists.
Getting there
Haselünne lies at the intersection of two federal highways, the B 213, which as a European motorway connects the Benelux countries - via the Ruhr area towards the port cities of Bremen and Hamburg - with the Scandinavian countries, and the B 402 which goes through East Westphalia, Osnabrück via Meppen towards the Netherlands.
