Cancellation policy
Cancelling your booked holiday apartment is generally possible. You must immediately inform the landlord in writing (email/fax/post) upon becoming aware of the need to cancel.
The landlord will then attempt to find another renter. If no new renter is found, the renter owes the landlord the following percentage of the rental price upon notification:
up to 70 days before the start of the trip 0% of the rental price
from 70 to 57 days before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price
from 56 to 43 days before the start of the trip 35% of the rental price
from 42 to 29 days before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price
from 28 to 15 days before the start of the trip 75% of the rental price
from 14 to 7 days before the start of the trip 80% of the rental price
from 7 days before the start of the trip 100% of the rental price
Unused services such as final cleaning and tourist tax will be refunded to the contracting party according to the booking confirmation.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls wohl gefühlt, schon aufgrund der schönen Terrasse und des komplett eingezäunten Grundstücks.
Wir kommen wieder.

Ein geschmackvoll ausgestattetes, sauberes, gemütliches Chalet.
Wer also einen komfortablen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Ich habe schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
