During the reservation, guests pay 40% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 60% of the price is paid by the guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer.
For unforeseen cancellations, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Before checkout, the homeowner must personally inspect the house. After confirming that everything is in order, they return the €300 deposit to the guests, and then the checkout can be completed.
