Cancellations from 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the date of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total fee as specified by the invoice.
In case of cancellation 4 weeks or less before the date of arrival, as well as in case of non-arrival of the booked service you are liable for the full cost , meaning 100% of the total sum shown on the invoice.
If it is possible to re-let the property during this period ( if necessary at a lower price), the costs are reduced by the rental income achieved during the period.

Holiday destination
Glücksburg is an idyllic small town located right at the Flensburg Fjord, about 10 kilometers away from Flensburg and really close to Denmark. The surrounding landscape is dominated by green hills and fields, just as well as numerous beaches, such as the Sandwig-Beach right in front of the apartment, but also the beaches around Holnis and Solitüde.
The Apartment is located right at the beach and very close by the Hanseatic yacht academy, the yacht port and the dock, where the touristic cruises to Flensburg board.
A large variety of Cafes and Bistros are nearby around the coast. Besides there are more Cafes and shopping facilities (EDEKA..) in the center of Glücksburg, which is 2.5 km away - either by car ride or by taking a beautiful 2km walk through the forest alongside the Glücksburg-Castle, where you can also find a museum that is worth a visit.

Vorab möchten wir uns bei der Gastgeberin für den sehr herzlichen Empfang bedanken.
Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft. Sie ist mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Unbeschreiblich ist auch der Blick auf das Wasser und auf Dänemark, ob vom Balkon (schöne Kuscheldecken lagen bereit) oder aus dem Bett. Die Zeit war wunderschön, leider viel zu kurz. Wir werden ganz sicher nochmals herkommen und freuen uns jetzt darauf.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin bereitet einen sehr schönen Empfang vor, und gibt viele Infos. Wirklich sehr nett.
In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht. Sie ist klein, aber fein.
Die Aussicht ist so wunderschön. Auf dem kleinen Balkon frühstücken und die Weite der Förde genießen, Traumhaft.
Wenn mein Mann und ich nochmal nach Glücksburg fahren, werden wir hier wieder buchen.
