The attic apartment has a private entrance and is suitable for up to 6 people. Our apartment offers two double rooms and a children's room, with each double room providing direct access to a balcony. Adjacent to each room, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet for your convenience.
Both our double rooms and the kitchen are equipped with a television. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday apartment. Our fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee machine invites you to enjoy a cozy atmosphere for game nights or other activities.
We offer our guests a large parking area, a lockable storage room for skis and bicycles. They also have access to a drying room where they can dry ski boots and ski suits. Relaxing in a deck chair after a strenuous day of hiking is a must, which is why we grant you free access to our sunbathing areas in the garden. For children, there is a playground next to the house with swings and a slide. They can also take a spin around the area with the two go-karts.
A holiday with a baby is also no problem – we provide a crib, bathtub, and towels. When staying at our house, the "Saalfelden-Leogang Card" is included in the price. This means that in summer as well as in winter, you can visit many leisure facilities for free or at a reduced rate. If desired, we offer a daily bread roll service.

Our house is just a few minutes' walk from the village center. Bakery, butcher, supermarket, swimming pool, and public transport stations or ski bus stop are all within a short walking distance.
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 1 p.m., upon departure we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms from around 9 a.m.
