Our house features a cozy living room, a furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a toilet, and a storage room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. In front of the house, there is parking space for 2 cars. Behind the house, there is a large, beautiful, fenced garden, which is connected to the water below with a jetty.
Even when it's a bit cooler, we have a cozy covered lounge in the garden.

Cancellation
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation, we charge a fee of €50.00 and additionally bill the following costs:
• 20% of the rental price for cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the trip
• 50% of the rental price for cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip
• 80% of the rental price for cancellations from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip
• 100% of the rental price for cancellations from the 29th day before the start of the trip
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
