The apartment is fully equipped with a large living room including kitchen, that fulfills all your wishes. The open, friendly room has a modern sleeping couch on which two children or adults kann sleep comfortably. There is an extra bedroom for two persons. The bathroom has an open shower and is even equipped with a washingmachine including a dryer.

Summer: Hiking, culture in Salzburg city, rafting close to our house, visit of the biggest icecave of the world or see the saltmines in Hallein.
Winter: Skiing areas can be reached within 30 Minutes. A crosscountry lane is a few kilometers directly in bluntau valley
Golling is ideal to reach many activities: extensive mountain tours, rafting and canyoning very close to our location, or a trip to the cultural city of Salzburg - be sure not be bored. Villa Nussbaum is located at the edge of the village, but very central. The wellness oasis "Aqua Salza" will be reached within 5 minutes walk, the train station approx. 10 minutes, to drive to Salzburg only 25 minutes. All activities can be reached within half an hour.
If you arrive with the car you take the highway A10, exit at Golling and turn left direction center. Infront of the "Peugeot" carhouse you turn left into the "Gartenstrasse". Villa Nussbaum is located left in-between the two streets.
