The apartment is on the top floor (penthouse) of a converted farmhouse and has a charming view of meadows and mountains from the large balcony with south-west orientation. In front of the property, a stream ripples on the banks of which you can start a walk into the nearby moor. The Chiemsee (beach and public ferry shipping) can be reached on foot in about 18 minutes.

Bernau is located in the middle of Chiemgau with all possibilities for sporting activities but also extensive hikes in the nearby mountains. The highlights are the trips to Herreninsel and Fraueninsel by public ferry boats in the middle of lake Chiemsee.
Arrival by car: Take the A8 from Munich to Salzburg, exit Bernau or Felden.
Arrival by train: From Munich Main Station or East Station with the train called Meridian to Bernau (approx. 1 hour 10 minutes)
