There is a private swimming-pool in a beautiful and well maintained flat garden and with GREAT sea-view to one side and GREAT view to the Esterel mountains at the other side.
The lay-out of the villa:
Private entrance with closed gate and parking place for 2/3 cars. Entrance villa, spacious hallway with guest toilet and connection to the sports room and 3 bedrooms but also entering the large and bright living with glass wall over the full with with great sea-view and entrance to the garden with several terrasse, playground, private pool and great sea-view.
The living offers a lounge and dining area with a modern open, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances. Next to the kitchen a second kitchen is situated with a door to the side terrace and again several extra appliances. The appliances: oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, American fridge, dishwasher, gas- and induction cooking area etc.etc.
The lounge area has satellite television & music facilities, and the masterbedroom is situated at the terrace side.
This bright master bedroom, with double bed, also has a connection to the front terrace and a large private bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and second toilet.
Before entering bedroom 2 there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and doors to the side garden. The 3rd and 4th bedroom, also with double bed and wardrobe are both situated at the other side of the hallway with private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Furthermore on this floor there is a sports room with various equipment and the laundry room is located next to the gym with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 5 is private situated at the floor with lounge area (+ extra click-clack double bed) and 2 single beds. An ideal place for larger children to stay.
The villa is provided with airconditioning.
Outside one will find a well maintained garden with lawn, sun-beds and playground, large terrace in front of the living with entrance to the pool, side terrace with outside dining area and BBQ.

There is a great sea-view and the location is in a secured domaine at walking distance to the city centre, beach and restaurants of Agay.
The Toulon-Hyeres airport and Nice Airport are both in reach within about 1 hour by car. In this part of southern France, the Cote d'Azur, we count with 300 days of sunshine per year!
In the high season you can only reserve this apartment with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on sunday.
Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

The 28th of May 2020 is been said by the government in France, that the French inhabitants are allowed to have holidays in France as from June the 2nd 2020. People outside France – from the EU, Schengen countries & the UK – traveling to France, will probably be allowed after the 15th of June 2020.
EXTRA RULES ONLY FOR NEW RESERVATIONS MADE FOR THIS SEASON UP TO THE 15TH OF JUNE 2020 *
* for clients living in the EU, Schengen countries & the UK:
Until we know for sure if traveling from the EU, Schengen countries & the UK this summer to France is allowed, we do not charge any cancellation costs for new reservations this season. As soon as things are clear, and if it seems that you are not allowed to travel, you may choose to postpone your reservation up to 18 months, according to our temporary reservation and cancellation policy, or cancel the reservation in which case we will return your pre-payment.

We understand the uncertainty that many customers are currently facing and that is why Azur Pavillon holiday rental customers, who wish to change their holiday plans, now can rebook their holiday reservation in the same accommodation* on another date without incurring amendment fees.
If the new rate is higher, customers will only be required to pay the rate difference. This change in policy will apply until further notice to existing and new bookings, whilst the coronavirus disrupts travel.
Changes to bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date and must take place within 18 months after the original reservation. Customers can change their booking by sending an e-mail to info@azurpavillon.com.
If you do not want to postpone your holidays and want to cancel your confirmed booking you may do so whilst the coronavirus makes it unsafe to travel.
We have temporarily changed our conditions and, for existing and new bookings, the following cancellation policy will apply until further notice* :
1 .Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental fee will be payable.
2. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the arrival date, the full rental fee will be payable.
3. On early termination of the stay, the full rent.
In the event of cancellation, the caution/bond and tourist tax (if any) already paid will always be refunded.
Our region is not comparable to busy cities with lots of people. The villas we rent out are only occupied by the persons who rent the villa and will be cleaned to the required standards of today. Moreover, we are informed that the virus is unlikely to spread in an environment with temperatures above 25/26 degrees so we expect that the sunny and warm temperatures during the summer in this region will and can create a situation virtually without flu and especially corona contaminations.
This part of the south of France can easily be reached by car.
Like everybody we hope and wish a medicine is been found soon. In the meantime take care of each other and follow the advices of your government.
