Cancellation policy
Withdrawal from the contract (cancellation) (1) A withdrawal of the Guest from the contract concluded with the Provider requires the written consent of the Provider. If this does not take place, the agreed price from the contract is to be paid even if the customer does not make use of contractual services. This does not apply in cases of a delay in performance by the Provider or an impossibility of performance for which the Provider is responsible. (2) The Guest may, without triggering payment or compensation claims by the Provider, only withdraw from the contract if the possibility of withdrawal up to a certain date has been agreed in writing between the Guest and the Provider. This right of withdrawal of the Guest expires if he does not exercise his right of withdrawal in writing to the Provider by the agreed date, unless there is a case of delay in performance by the Provider or an impossibility of performance for which he is responsible. (3) Without triggering payment or damage claims of the provider, the guest is entitled to cancel up to 30 days before arrival, otherwise according to the following conditions: Cancellation until at the latest Amount of the overnight stay price to be paid 30 days before arrival 0 % 25 to 29 days before arrival 20 % 15 to 24 days before arrival 40 % 10 to 14 days before arrival 60 % 5 to 9 days before arrival 80 % < 3 days before arrival 100 % Cancellations must be made in writing to the provider, unless the provider agrees to an oral cancellation. The cancellation date is the day the cancellation is received by the provider. (4) In the case of a holiday flat not used by the guest, the provider has to take into account the income from renting the holiday flat to another party as well as the saved expenses. (5) If the guest does not appear on the day of arrival by 23.00 hrs at the latest or by 60 minutes after a later time agreed upon in accordance with § 7 paragraph 1 without having cancelled, the contract is considered cancelled. Para. 3 shall apply accordingly. In addition, the Provider may charge the Guest an administration fee of € 100.00 (net). (6) If the Guest's right to withdraw from the contract within a certain period of time has been agreed upon in writing in accordance with Paragraph 2, the Provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract during this period of time if there are inquiries from other guests about the contractually booked holiday apartment and the Guest does not waive his right to withdraw upon the Provider's inquiry. (7) Furthermore, the provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract for a factually justified reason or to terminate the contract extraordinarily, if e.g. (a) force majeure or other circumstances for which the provider is not responsible make the fulfilment of the contract impossible, (b) the holiday apartment is sold under misleading or false statement of essential facts, e.g. in the person of the guest or with regard to the purpose or with regard to the use of the holiday apartment, or if the guest is not responsible for the fulfilment of the contract. (c) the holiday flat is used for other than residential purposes, (d) the offerer has justified reason to assume that the use of the service endangers the safety or the domestic peace of other guests or neighbours or the reputation of the offerer in the public, without this being attributable to the area of control or organisation of the offerer. (8) The Provider must inform the Guest immediately of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or termination. In cases of para. 7 a), the Provider shall immediately reimburse any rent already paid and / or advance payments. In the event of justified withdrawal or termination by the Provider, the Guest shall not be entitled to claim damages. The Guest shall compensate the Provider for all damages for which the Guest is responsible due to a withdrawal or an extraordinary termination in accordance with Paragraph 7.

Getting there
A31 northbound The 2nd exit (7 Neermoor) towards Mittegrossefehn At the B72 turn left in the direction of Aurich Turn right into the Rindelmeerstraße in the direction of Holtrop. In Holtrop, after approx. 1 km, take the second major road on the left in the direction of Akelsbarg Turn off at Bosselstrasse. Drive through Boßelstrasse to the end. At the end you will find a T-piece. Then turn right into Kreismoorstraße... second house on the left side... the riding hall is clearly visible halfway to the left. Then turn left to the riding hall, drive through the gate and park at the hall.
