Natural bathing beach and lawn with dog bathing area only five minutes away. The beach in Stralsund (3 km) can be reached via the Baltic Sea cycle path in just 10 minutes. Stralsund with its beautiful old town and harbour, many shops, and restaurants is only 5 km away. Bathing paradise Hansedom and Stralsund Zoo: 5 km; Oceaneum: 5 km; Rügen Island: 12 km.
Baltic Sea beaches on the Darss can be reached in only 30 minutes.
Holiday destination
Beautiful holiday home settlement in the immediate vicinity (150 m) of the Strelasund with a beautiful natural beach and dog bathing area in Parow 2 km northeast of Stralsund in the district of Vorpommern–Rügen.
Perfect starting point for a combined relaxation and city break. In just a few minutes, you can reach the UNESCO World Heritage city of Stralsund by bike or car.
In addition to the historic old town, there are various museums (e.g. the Oceaneum and from summer 2024, the new maritime museum), a theatre, a zoo, and an adventure pool. You thus have many options for how to spend your free time.
Getting there
Arrival by car:
On the A20, take exit 24 onto the B96. Shortly before Stralsund, take the B105 towards Rostock. Take the “Grünhufer Bogen” exit via the Heinrich-Heine-Ring. At the Shell petrol station, turn left onto Parower Chaussee. At the roundabout, take the first exit, and follow Parower Chaussee. After the Parow town sign, continue approx. 200 m to the roundabout, and take the first exit (to the marina). After 50 m, turn left into Rügenblick. Continue another 50 m. You will then see the holiday home on the left.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Ostsee-Weihnacht verbracht in einem beeindruckend schönen Haus mit vielen großen und kleinen Hinguckern! Von Sauna bis toller Deko, Willkommensleckereien über niedliche Herzlichkeit auch für unseren Hund. Die Ausstattung war für uns als Familien-Koch,-und Backbegeisterte phänomenal, es war alles da. Zu bemerken ist auch, dass die Grundausstattung (wie Besteck und Geschirr) sehr großzügig war. Nicht nur für soviel wie im Haus wohnen, soll heißen man musste nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit sofort den Spüli "anschmeißen" ;)
Das schöne Stralsund ist per Fuß/Rad/Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen und eine erlebenswerte Stadt mit seinem historischen gepflegten Hansecharakter. Fazit: Eine wundervolle Erinnerung und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern plus einem Hund. Vier Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit Fernseher. Eine große Küche mit Essbereich, wo alle entspannt Platz fanden. Terrasse, Sonnenstühle, Strandkorb und ein Elektrogrill haben wir oft genutzt bis spät abends. Ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche oben, eine Toilette unten und eine große Dusche im Saunaraum, was will man mehr. Die Umgebung ruhig, immer jemand für Absprachen zeitnah erreichbar. In der Nähe ist der recht warme Sund, Knietief langhin. Stralsund gleich um die Ecke bietet für jedes Wetter etwas.
