Villa Pöle has a covered patio where you can eat with the whole group at the large long table. Inside there is a spacious living room with a (satellite) TV, video and stereo system and a wood stove. The separate smaller dining room has Wi-Fi. The excellently equipped open kitchen invites you to prepare the most delicious dishes and is equipped with an big refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility room, which doubles up as an additional bathroom. The utility room has one door that leads directly to the outside. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The garden around the house has a shady corner under large trees, but you can also sunbathe. Sun loungers and garden chairs are available. There is a table tennis table behind the house.
A large fire bowl and barbecue will allow you to enjoy a campfire and meal on sultry summer evenings.
We have a Covid protocol in place that applies to our cleaning staff, suppliers and guests. We will send you this protocol upon request.
There are bicycles at the house so you can easily explore the surrounding area. A table tennis table and surfboard are provided for our guests. The kitchen is well equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, magnetron, good glasses and nice dishes. All bedrooms have air-con and a ceiling fan.
The neighbouring resort OTP has wellness facilities(swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts) that can be used by Villa Pöle guests. There is a passe-partout in the house which will give you to access the resort.

A day trip to Budapest is certainly an option. The motorway to the country's headquarters is only 10 km away from the house.
To the south of your holiday resort you will find a beautiful hilly area for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
The golf course (18 holes) can be easily reached by a ferry that takes you to the other side of Lake Balaton.

c. for cancellation of 28 days (incl.) before arrival: 90% of the rental cost
d. for cancellation on the date of arrival and later: 100% of the rental amount

Hello, I am in the middle of our family, together with my brother, sister and father we have built Villa Pole as a family house on the shores of Lake Balaton. We all have fond memories of our vacation in Hungary, swimming, cycling and having fun with our friends in the Hungarian sun. In 2017 we started the renovation of our family house in Hallenberg (Germany). This Waldhaus ***** can accommodate 8 guests, with wellness, fireplace and great cuisine. The pool table is located near forests, a swimming pool and a ski arena and is now ready to welcome guests. In 2019 we will - for the first time - run from our Finis Hortorum family house (10 people) in France, with a beautiful interior and a beautiful garden with pool.
