Enjoy the space and the warmth of this family house and its beautiful garden with flowers and various decorations, nestled in the heart of a Sundgauvian village at the foot of the Alsatian Jura.
Thought to be a house to live, we have equipped and furnished it to that effect:
DRC: fully equipped kitchen, dining area open to living area (sofa, TV, DVD, Stereo), shower room (shower, wash-basin,washing machine, tumbler and toilet).
1st floor: bathroom (spacious shower & bath-tube), separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with access to a large balcony.
2nd floor (open to the staircase): large room with 4 single beds, Lounge / library / TV. Electrical heating. Baby equipment available upon request. Garden, parking & private courtyard closed by an electrical gate, balcony & terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table. Beds made on arrival.

Our cottage is the ideal base to visit Alsace, the South Vosges, Belfort, the Black Forest in Germany and nearby Switzerland.
La Maisonnette is located 20 minutes from St. Louis, the airport Mulhouse-Basel, Basel City, 30 minutes from the German border. Oltingue is easily accessible, just 15 minutes from the highway exit (Hésingue / Saint Louis) coming from Mulhouse.
Coming on the Highway A35 from Mulhouse take the exit Saint-Louis/Hésingue, turn left direction of Hésingue drive through, continue in the direction of Folgensbourg, drive through Folgensbourg, Bettlach & Saint-Blaise.
Enter in Oltingue, when arriving into the Rue Principale turn left into the first street before the Musée Paysan (White sign "Chapelle Saint-Brice"), on the left side of the street enter in the courtyard on the level of the red gate.
The house of the owner is located on the corner of the "Rue Principale" and the "Rue de Leymen".

Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be made by e-mail to the proprietor.
Cancellation before arrival:
the deposit is kept by the proprietor. The proprietor will demand the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of occupancy.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated in the agreement, the present agreement becomes null and void, and the proprietor may dispose of his accommodations. The deposit is also kept by the proprietor, who will demand payment of the balance of the rental.
If the stay is cut short, the proprietor keeps the full payment of the rental. No refund will be given. We suggest that an insurance for cancellation should be subscribed.
Cancellation by the proprietor: The proprietor refunds to the renter all sums paid, and an indemnity at least equal to what the renter would have paid if the renter had made the cancellation at that date.
Surcharge for 1 additional person/or 1 additional bed / 75 €/week

A flat amount for electricity of 8 KW/day (56 KW/week) is included in the rentalprice.
Electrical consumption above is invoiced at 0,25 €/KW. Heating is included in the rental fee.

Wood for the fireplace can be bought on sight.
Stay tax (Adults-18 years): 1,60 € per night
Pls note that the mentioned rentalprices are based on 7 nights. Should the stay be shorter,
