This is a 80 m2 appartment with seperate bedroom and en suite bathroom. A second toilet is in the hall. The loggia is in fact an enclosed balcony, which gives great views from the eight floor. A well apointed kitchen offers 4 hobs, a dishwasher and an oven (microwave + hot air).
The bedroom had two seperate mattressess, which can be adjusted electrically. The TV offers many channels plus Netflix.
The bathroom offers a roomy shower, but no bath. It has a toilet, and a second toilet is found in the hallway.
We have a non-smoking policy, except for the loggia/balcony.
Very quiet appartment. Two elevators. Free parking on the street.

Visit the Zandvoort beach, the old centre of Haarlem and of course Amsterdam is nearby.
The appartment is on the outskirts of Haarlem, with easy access to the city. Bus 80 stops in front of our building.
We are adjecent to an open park, which is ideal for running or other sports. It has a restaurant too. Other restaurants are within walking distances.
Since we are only 500 metres from the motorway, Amsterdam can be reached in 20 minutes by car, or in half an hour by public transport, which will save you expensive parking fees in Amsterdam
