The tenant may cancel the trip at any time before the start of the rental period. For proof purposes, the cancellation should be made in writing. If the tenant cancels the rental contract, they must compensate the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit as follows:

30% from 30 days before the start of the rental
50% from 14 days before the start of the rental
100% from 7 days before the start of the rental, no-show, or in case of early departure.
