Grundsätzlich ein mehr als gutes Haus mit genügend Platz innen und außen. Für den letzten Schliff ist jedoch etwas Aufmerksamkeit erforderlich (z. B. das Aufräumen von Spielgeräten draußen/innen, das Reinigen von Abflüssen, viele Fliegen, vielleicht eine Idee, eine Insektenlampe anstelle von Fliegenstreifen aufzuhängen).
