Ida Cottage ist eine wunderschöne umgebaute Scheune. Alles ist mit Sorgfalt und gutem Geschmack zubereitet. Alle drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Die Betten sind großartig und bei unserer Ankunft bereits bezogen, was sehr einladend ist. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr komfortabel. Die Umgebung des Ferienhauses Ida ist wunderschön, mit einer Wiese zum Sitzen und Spielen und einem kleinen Fluss. Und der Eisenbahntunnel vor dem Haus verleiht ihm eine gewisse Gothic-Atmosphäre, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, alles war sauber und im Kühlschrank stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Teil von England, direkt im Dartmoor, mit dramatischen Mooren und wilden Pferden, die unsere Tochter liebte. Tavistock ist nur ein paar Meilen entfernt und bietet eine historische Markthalle und alle Geschäfte, die Sie brauchen. Es gibt gute Kneipen in der Nähe.
