Bright cottage located in a beautiful and quiet area in Marielyst close to one of Denmark's best beaches. The beautiful, open kitchen is in connection with the living room, where there is a wood stove, which can heat well in the cottage, radio, free, wireless internet and TV with German and Danish channels. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer and a small dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The one with double bed is open to the living room without a door and has a TV, which can be seen both from the room and turned towards the living room. The second room is with a double bed and the last is with a bunk bed for 1 person downstairs. Cot and chair for the little ones. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. On the plot there is room for fun and games in the sandbox. There is a large, open terrace on each side of the house and in front of the living room and kitchen, where you can relax, enjoy the sun and grill in the cozy warm summer evenings. Not for rent to youth groups.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
