The courtyard of the renovated Istrian building has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, a richly furnished terrace with a fireplace, additional covered space for games and social gatherings.
On the ground floor of this three-story stone house there is a kitchen with a dining area, an air-conditioned living room, a bathroom and a pantry. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are on the first floor and in the attic.
Due to the quiet location in which the villa is located, it is easy to switch off, relax and completely rest.

A nearby medieval town of Svetvincenat (2 km) is located in the center of Istria. Small town full of good people. Lots of good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops.
The cities of Pula, Rovinj and Bale are about 20 to 35 minutes away by car.
