Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Kleinkindern und 1 Baby im „De Baraque“. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir bekamen eine schöne Tour und als Willkommensgeschenk eine sehr schöne Flasche Picon. Es ist ein wunderschönes, modernes Haus mit allem Drum und Dran. Die Natur rund um das Haus strahlte Ruhe aus. Es gab ausreichend touristische Informationen im Haus. Wir besuchten Poperinge, Bar Bernard in Watou und gingen die „Dead Iron Walking Route“ entlang. Es waren sehr angenehme 3 Tage und Bert und Nele sind Top-Leute, die ihren Job mit Herz und Seele machen.

Bert & Nelle sind fantastische und vor allem herzliche Menschen. Bert war der Gastgeber, bei der Ankunft war er wirklich ein Gastgeber. Freundlich, aufmerksam und boten unserer Gruppe ein leckeres Bier aus der Region an und erzählten etwas Geschichte über die Herkunft und Herstellung von Hopfen. Habe Nelle erst am Abreisetag kennengelernt, ist aber sofort nach oben gelaufen, um nachzusehen, ob wir etwas vergessen haben, sehr lieb. Nach Rücksprache wurde uns auch angeboten, etwas später auszuchecken. Dies war möglich, da danach keine weiteren Gäste mehr übernachteten. Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt, alles war fast neu, sehr sauber und vorhanden. Bert hatte die Betten gemacht, ohne dass wir ihm sagten, wer wo schlafen würde, eine professionelle Annahme und auch sehr rücksichtsvoll. Kam, um klar zu fragen, was wir für die Erkundung der Gegend brauchen, und gab einige Tipps. Manchmal kam ich, um Hallo zu sagen und uns zu unterhalten. Sehr gastfreundlich und gemütlich. Wir haben den speziellen Grill genutzt, der wirklich ein Erlebnis und daher sehr zu empfehlen ist. Darüber hinaus wird die Umgebung von Dunkerque erkundet. die Geschichte rund um den Zweiten Weltkrieg. Es war beeindruckend. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke schön.
