Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
