Wir sind äußerst unzufrieden da wir aufgrund von Covid 19 nicht in Tschechien einreisen durften. Dies haben wir bereits am 2.11.20 und am 16.11.20 per Mail geäußert und haben unsere Reise storniert.
Bis heute kam keine Reaktion seitens des Vermieters oder der Agentur. Uns wurde für diesen Fall komplette Rückerstatug der Kosten zugesichert. Bis heute (Stand 03.03.2021) ist nichts passiert. Wir sind mit dem Service, dem Support und der Kommunkation auf das Aüßerste unzufrieden, da sie gar nicht erst stattfinden und werden über diese Plattform keine Buchungen mehr tätigen. Desweiteren sehen wir uns nun gezwungen, rechtliche Mittel einzuleiten.
