Lie down on the lounger under the sun or take a plunge in the private swimming pool at this 3-bedroom villa in Pridraga. It guarantees abundant exotic fun and makes for a great stay for a family or group of 7 persons.

Several grocery stores and restaurants are just around the corner if you wish to buy groceries or look forward to a dinner out. The town center of Pridraga at 500 m invites you to wander through the streets in the evenings and explore the area like a local. At 2 km, you have the beautiful sea to sunbathe, walk by the coastline, or watch sunsets. Trips to Krka waterfalls and Paklenica are ideal.

Prepare meals of your choice in the open kitchen and bake cakes in the oven whenever required. In the evenings, light up the barbecue on the private roofed terrace and enjoy it with a glass of wine. You can sit down reading a book, sipping coffee or chitchatting in the private fenced garden. Children have ample space to romp and play. Parking is available.

Die Ankunft war nach einer langen Autofahrt einmalig: Die 13-jährige Tochter sprach sehr professionell und mit einem Lächeln auf Englisch zu uns. Vater leistete Hilfe. Die Villa ist wunderschön, luxuriös und verfügt über den nötigen Komfort für einen idealen Ruhe- und Entspannungsurlaub. Der Swimmingpool ist ein echter Pluspunkt und wunderschön auf dem kleinen und gemütlichen Grundstück angelegt. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, kein unnötiger Luxus, sondern aus soliden Materialien. Ein Extra ist die Dusche am Pool und die Pooldusche mit WC. Bis auf den BBQ-Grill war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alle 2-3 Tage kommt der Besitzer frühmorgens, um den Pool zu pflegen und alles auf der Terrasse aufzuräumen. Selbst mitten in der Nacht, wenn wir die Hausschlüssel plötzlich nicht mehr finden konnten, konnten wir uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit an die überaus freundlichen Besitzer wenden. Praktisch war auch, dass der kleine Laden mit den wichtigsten Bedarfsartikeln in 40 m Entfernung zu Fuß erreichbar war und das kleine Restaurant gleich daneben, wo man eine hausgemachte Pizza oder andere Kleinigkeiten genießen konnte, praktisch für Spätankömmlinge. Die Stadt Zadar liegt 25 Autominuten vom Dorf entfernt. Novigrad, ein sehr schöner Hafen, weniger als 8 Autominuten von der Villa entfernt. Wir haben einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub genossen, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Bei der Ankunft stand ein Korb mit Obst und etwas zu trinken für uns bereit. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und wir konnten sie um viele Tipps für Aktivitäten oder andere Angelegenheiten bitten. Das Dorf, in dem das Haus lag, war nichts Besonderes. Um die Ecke gibt es ein kleines Restaurant, mit dem wir aber keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Einen Steinwurf entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der von früh morgens bis spät abends geöffnet hat. Hier bekommt man gute Sachen zum Mittag- oder Frühstück. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Umgebung (mit dem Auto erreichbar) viel zu unternehmen, sodass Sie sich hier nicht langweilen werden!

Die Villa ist wunderschön, luxuriös und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen idealen Ruhe- und Entspannungsurlaub benötigen. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, kein unnötiger Luxus, sondern aus soliden Materialien. Ein Extra ist die Dusche am Pool und die Pooldusche mit WC.
