The vacation apartments offers a peaceful and green surrounding in a quiet neighbourhood in Tübingen, the picturesque old town is more or less in front of the door. Enjoy the endless number of excursions. Shopping facilities are situated 300m away, the next bus stop 200m. From there you can comfortably take the bus, without searching for a parking spot, to the historic old town, which is only 1500m away. Or you want to explore the city by foot, well, every house, every narrow street on the way to the city centre invites you to explore and photography.

Flexible and that it can accommodate 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 people. The description is quite accurate. A wonderful bakery is five minutes away (Lieb) and a full grocery store, REWE, not much further. Parking included. Apartment is on a lovely, quiet street. Highly recommended. It is a peaceful 20 minute walk to the old town; alternatively lots of bus connections from a nearby bus stop. View from the apartment is lovely. Light blocking curtains, and built-in rolladen are included. Communication with owner was excellent. Apartment was well lit -- when I wanted it to be, and dark when I needed to sleep. Preis/Leistung good value. In conclusion: highly recommend Holiday apartment Epple in Tübingen am Neckar! !

Im Februar 2023 sind wir zu zweit nach Tübingen gereist. Die Ferienwohnung Epple bot uns dabei einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, zahlreiche Busse stehen auch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung bietet von der gut ausgestatteten Küche über ein komfortables Wohn- und gemütliches Schlafzimmer alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten. Dazu haben wir den Ausblick über die Stadt vom Esstisch aus genießen können, da die Unterkunft an einem Hang gelegen ist. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Epple verlief reibungslos und bei der Schlüsselübergabe stand uns Herr Epple mit vielen Informationen zu Verfügung. Wenn wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Tübingen planen, würden wir uns ohne Bedenken erneut für diese Wohnung entscheiden.
