Cancellation policy

Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the rental amount is typically required (unless the booking is made so last minute that the full amount is due), and the second installment (50%) must be paid about 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit is retained; if you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival, the entire booking amount is forfeited. If the property is re-rented for the identical period under the same conditions, the payment made can be refunded. This is discussed individually and situationally with the guests.

It is situated in a residential area and is surrounded by private homes with spacious gardens. The beautiful seaside resort of Domburg offers numerous small shops, excellent restaurants, cafes, bicycle rental, and a cozy market. The expansive beach and the dune landscape are within a few minutes' walking distance. Here, you can enjoy magnificent beach walks. The cycling paths through the beautiful nature reserve Mantelinge are also in close proximity. The water castle Westhove, the picturesque town of Veere, and the historically rich and lively city of Middelburg, where you can enjoy wonderful strolls and shopping, are popular destinations for excursions.
