If the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, proceeds to cancel an existing rental agreement, but without explicit cancellation does not exercise their rights arising from the contract either partially or at all, they forfeit in favor of the landlord a compensation for damages:
15% of the rental price if the withdrawal occurs more than six months before the start of the rental period.
30% of the rental price if the withdrawal occurs between six months and eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental price if the withdrawal occurs from 8 to one week(s) before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental price if the withdrawal occurs less than a week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
