Our holiday home offers you a relaxing vacation with a spacious living area of 357 m². The self-catering house accommodates up to 40 people and includes 11 bedrooms, 1 kitchen-living room, 2 kitchens, and a lounge with a kitchen, as well as 1 sauna, 1 game room, and a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area, and a playground. The entire house can be rented, or individual apartments. 8 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. In our cozy holiday home or apartments, you have the opportunity to cook and eat together and to enjoy each other's company while the children have fun in the game room. This house is equipped with free Wi-Fi access.

Our house is located in the National Park community of Krimml in the Salzburg region, nestled between the Zillertal Arena ski area and the Wildkogel holiday arena. The special location of our holiday home provides our guests with the ideal starting point for numerous activities during both summer and winter vacations. The municipality of Krimml, with the roaring Krimml Waterfalls and the Zillertal Arena ski area, is a hot holiday tip for both young and old. No wishes are left unfulfilled. Pure relaxation!

My main residence is located 10 minutes away in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, which means I do not live in the rental property, but I am always reachable and you will often find me at the apartment house. Should you have any questions, I am always at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
