In case of restrictions due to COVID-19, you may rebook at any time and free of charge;
otherwise, the cancellation/rebooking fee is 10.00 €.
In the case of cancellation at short notice (less than 50 days prior to arrival), the following proportionate fees minus expenses saved need to be paid as a compensation if re-letting the accommodation is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 90% of the rental price.
The statutory withdrawal and termination options remain unaffected.

Holiday destination
The residential complex is situated at the foot of the dunes in the coastal village Julianadorp. The crossing to the wonderful, kilometre-long sandy beach starts right across the street. To get to the ocean, you only have to walk roughly 300 metres. The well-known beach restaurant Paal 6 is also located there. In the immediate vicinity of the residential complex you'll find a miniature golf course, tennis courts, a bowling centre, golf course, water park, playgrounds for the little ones and adventure for teens and adults as well as a bicycle rental service. Five restaurants (including two beach restaurants) are also nearby. Julianadorp's town centre is only 2.8 kilometers away. It offers two shopping centres with numerous stores, boutiques and various restaurants and cafes.
Getting there
Travelling from the east: A7, Heerenveen, Joure, Sneek, pass the major causeway and take the exit Den Oever, N99 to Den Helder, right before the town entrance to Den Helder, turn right towards Julianadorp / Alkmaar (Rijksweg A9), after 3.5 km take the exit Julianadorp, follow the road leading west )Van Forester Weg) until you reach the dune, turn left (Zanddijk).
Travelling from the south: A7, take the exit Wognum, N241 to Schagen, via the N248, N249 to Julianadorp.
By train: Amsterdam to the station Den Helder-Zuid, free pickup or take the bus line 32 or 152 to Julianadorp, stop "Strandslag".

Meine Tochter (10) und ich haben hier eine gute Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für 4-6 Personen , es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 weitere Betten auf der Empore. Wir haben uns letztes Jahr im 'Zwanennest' so wohlgefühlt, dass wir bei den gleichen Vermietern buchen wollten. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Gläser, Messer, Küchengeräte usw alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und optisch ansprechend), und das maritime Thema zieht sich in der Innenraumgestaltung durch. Meine Tochter hat die Schlafplätze auf der Empore als ihr persönliches Krähennest auserkoren und es sich dort gemütlich gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind nett und aufmerksam. Wir empfehlen auch diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter und würden sie wieder buchen.

Eine komfortable große Ferienwohnung, bei der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Schöner weiter Ausblick vom Balkon (2. Etage) auf die Dünenkette - nachmittags Sonne bis zum Untergang. Geräumige neue Küche, komplett ausgestattet (da macht auch mal das Kochen und anschließende Essen Spaß) Geschirrspüler ist natürlich auch vorhanden! Großer Fernseher und tolles Digitalradio (neue Geräte). Schlafraum gut ausgestattet - gute Matratzen, Wandschrank mit viel Platz. Für E-Biker nicht zu verachten: die Ladestation am überdachten Fahrradunterstand. Kurzum: tolle "Themen-Wohnung", die mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig gestaltet wurde. Uns hats gefallen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
