In the quaint village of Trgetari on the east coast of Istria, you'll find this comfortable and cozily furnished villa. In front of the house, there's a large swimming pool with a view of the Raša Bay. A terrace with a large dining table is just a few steps above the pool. The small, quiet village of Trgetari is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, 1 km from the sea. The area boasts pebble beaches, sandy beaches, and small private coves. The small and romantic fishing town of Trget is just 1 km away.
The surrounding landscape is wonderful for beautiful walks.
Labin and Rabac can be reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes. There you will find a bank (ATM), pharmacy, post office, gas station, pizzeria, and supermarket.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit made for this reservation would be used for the new reservation.
