This magnificent, completely renovated holiday home is situated in a unique location, just a few steps from the dunes, the beach, and "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (10 minutes away). In the newly landscaped garden, you can enjoy the sun all day long. After a day at the beach, you can stylishly end the day with a drink in the lounge area, while the children have fun on the swing.
The spacious, very tastefully decorated living room has a cozy sitting area. There is digital TV with many German channels and free Wi-Fi. Through the swing doors, you enter the splendid, newly landscaped veranda with an outdoor kitchen. Here you can optimally enjoy the Zeeland countryside.
In the generously equipped, open kitchen, next to the dining area, you will find an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer among other things.
The main bedroom, styled like a boutique hotel, is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200) and ample closets. It is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, a rain shower, and a washbasin. In the hallway, there is a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200) and a wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms have a single bed and are ideal for children. On this floor, you will find an additional bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The entire house is centrally heated. A washing machine and dryer are available. There are parking spaces for two cars on the private property. There is a garden shed on the property where, for example, bicycles can be stored.
"Burgh & Beach" was renovated in 2020 with high-quality materials. The ideal location for those who love luxury and comfort.

The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is perfect for beautiful hiking and cycling trips. Water sports enthusiasts are also in the right place here. Numerous places such as Burgh-Haamstede, Veere, Middelburg, and Zierikzee are definitely worth a visit.
