The detached bungalow "Sea la Vie" is quietly located and has a beautiful garden all around. From here, it's just a few minutes to the dunes, the beach, and the nature area 'Het Zwin'. With three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, this bungalow is suitable for up to 6 people.
Layout:
The cozy and bright living room is equipped with a beautiful large sofa, digital television with an extensive channel package and the option for Netflix, and a dining table. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, an induction stove, a combination microwave, and a dishwasher. Through the sliding doors, you enter the large garden with a southwest-facing sun terrace.
The master bedroom is accessible from the living room and has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The recently modernized bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. The washing machine is located in the shed outside, next to the front door.
The bungalow has two parking spaces on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the back garden.
Smoking is not allowed, pets are allowed (max. 1 dog).

The holiday home "Sea la Vie" is located in the quiet holiday home settlement "Zomerdorp Het Zwin" in Retranchement on the southeastern edge of Cadzand-Bad, the sunniest seaside resort on the Dutch North Sea coast. The sea, the miles-long sandy beach, and the dunes are in immediate proximity, as well as the nature reserve and bird paradise "Het Zwin".

If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount.
The tenant's withdrawal must always be in writing (by post or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative costs. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded. To avoid unwanted discussions about the refund (of a part of the rent), we recommend that tenants take out another cancellation insurance.
