The rental agreement is binding, ordinary termination is excluded. If the Hirer does not start the journey for reasons for which the Owner is not responsible, the following cancellation costs shall be incurred:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental price plus 12% service charge as cancellation costs;
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental 90% of the total rental price as cancellation costs
- Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent as cancellation costs.
