Located on first floor of the residential area "Residence Stropea", is provided of a wonderful Pool, shared only by 10 apartments. It's a special accommodation for spaces and brightness!
The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts needed during your holiday, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the master bedroom. The living room is furnished with small couch, TV und table for 4 persons. The fully equipped kitchen offers every equipment including: cooker hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffe machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. From the dining room, the adjoining private terrace offers a nice setting for relaxing with a nice lake view.
The bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes floor. The inviting living room with oak beamed, is provided of couch bed for 2 persons and TV.
The upper floor, reachable through 15 steps, is equipped with a comfy double bed for two, air conditioning, TV and wardrobe.
A super outdoor Pool 15x7m offer the perfect day pastime, and opens from 1st May to 30th September.
Guests of this holiday home can easily park their car in the shared parking spaces in front of the building.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
