The holiday home Mytilus is located in Summio Park Port Greve between Brouwershaven and Scharendijke. Spanning 77 m², the ground floor features an open-plan living area with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sauna for 3 people, and a separate toilet.
A spiral staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, which houses two bedrooms and an open play area for children.
In the annex, there is an additional refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer. The outdoor area is situated by a very beautiful, large, and sunny pond, which we have secured with an additional fence for children.
The lower area of the holiday home is completely tiled in Peacock slate; a new high-quality vinyl floor has been laid throughout the upper floor. Our house has several special features that make it stand out.

Enjoy the peace and the sea right at the park (500 m) or in the immediate vicinity (about 6 km) at the Brouwersdam. Numerous leisure activities such as swimming, surfing, kite surfing, various beach games, etc., guarantee a great vacation.
There is also excellent care for your physical well-being; the various beach pavilions invite you to indulge.
The park in which our house is located is perfectly suited for families with children as well as for active vacationers due to its extensive range of amenities. The close proximity to the Grevelingen Lake (500 m) with a beach bar and a small sandy beach makes it just perfect. Thanks to our so-called "Brötchenfahrrad," the morning shopping at the park's own Spar market is no problem at all. A restaurant, bicycle and go-kart rental, fun pool, tennis court, basketball court, several playgrounds, and Bollo, the park's mascot, make the facility special.
The best way to arrive is with your own vehicle (car, motorhome, motorcycle). It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Aachen to the front door. Due to the park's great location, all other activities are quick and easy to reach.

Special COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation possible if a mandatory home quarantine is legally required one day before the start of the trip. This applies to quarantine orders in the holiday country as well as quarantine orders after returning to the country of origin.
Otherwise, the following cancellation rules apply:
4 weeks before the start of the rental = 80% refund
2 weeks before the start of the rental = 50% refund
No refund is possible if the cancellation occurs later than 2 weeks before the start of the rental.

For many years, I've had a love affair with the holiday destination of the Netherlands... always beautiful, always different. In June 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase the holiday home Mytilus 12 in the Landal Park Port Greve, which, fortunately, could be realized. Since I use it myself from time to time, it has been almost completely refurnished. Additionally, the beautiful outdoor area has been newly designed in a surfer style.
