The house is located in a beautiful and well-kept park of over 3000 sqm, which shares with a historic house , now consisting of four more 60 sqm apartments, which we also rent for holidays. This amazing park is located directly on the clear waters of Lake Lugano, in a fantastic bay with direct access to the lake and a private beach to spend a relaxing holiday..
In the park full of monumental plants smelling of orange, lemon, rosemary and liquorice, typical of the Mediterranean flora, you will find sun loungers to relax, as well as tables, chairs , a large barbecue and games for the little guests (e.g. trampoline, house tree , table tennis, sandpit, swing, etc.) and for adults on request pedal boats, SUPs and more.
