The detached "Sina" holiday house (No. 300) sits in the newer part of the park and is stylishly furnished in a maritime style.
The parking space is located right by the house. The house is child friendly and is equipped with a travel cot, a high chair and a handcart for transporting kids around in. The accommodation has plenty of space for 2-6 people and is equipped with every possible creature comfort.
The open kitchen and the dining and living area leave no wishes unfulfilled. The bathroom has a shower with a thermostatic mixer, making it an inviting place to relax.
The large terrace is shielded by a windbreak, meaning that you can even enjoy the abundant hours of sunshine when it's windy and cool outside. A stone barbecue provides a great place for a cosy grilling session.

The "Strandslag Juliana" bungalow park is located in the north of the Noord-Holland province and sits just behind the dunes and around 300 metres from the beach and the sea. Beach fans will be hard-pressed to imagine a more beautiful spot.
The park's leisure facilities and services include a bowling alley, tennis courts, a mini golf course, sports areas, playgrounds and a children's playground.
You can eat and drink at the restaurant in the park that boasts a waterfront terrace. Alternatively, enjoy the view of the North Sea from the "Juliana Beach" beach pavilion that's open year-round.
Swimming fans will enjoy the subtropical swimming pool near the park. There's also a small lake with a beach and a sunbathing lawn here.

If the guest cancels their holiday, then the following percentages of the overall rental price will be payable in accordance with the sliding scale below:
- 45th day before arrival, 20%.
- 44th to 30th day before arrival, 30%.
- 29th to 22nd day before arrival, 60%.
- from the 21st day before arrival to the day of arrival itself, 80% of the rental price.
The booking fee of 50.00 Euro (included in the rental price) will not be refunded.
For your own security, we recommend you acquire travel cancellation insurance that can be bought at any local insurance office, etc.
We will of course endeavour to rent out the house by some other means after learning of your cancellation. We are therefore committed in good faith to renting out the unused house by some other means to avoid downtimes.
Until the house is rented out by some other means, the guest is obliged to pay the fee outlined in the sliding scale above for the duration of the contract.
